Conversion of 2 asbestos clad  grain stores into chic distribution centres with enlarged car park area. 

We removed all of the conveyor belts and machinery to enable the works to commence.  Following removal of the asbestos roofing and cladding new power floated concrete floors were laid and the existing steel columns and girders were decorated before new insulated cladding was installed.  Modern lighting added along with a mezzanine floor to the larger unit.  A complete transformation.
